• Overly exaggerated sexual content
• Overly violent/gory scenes;
• Unlicensed Characters (You should own or have verifiable permission)

My Process

I work best when given some artistic freedom to work on your prompts and descriptions. However, if there are any specific features that are vital to your project, please add those to the request form so we may keep it's integrity.

1. You send your commission request with character references and what you have in mind (We can iterate together your idea if you wish to develop it further).
2. If your request is accepted, you pay upfront the full price (+ any additionals you may have requested).
3. I work on 3 small thumbnails so you may decide which direction works best.
4. Feedback sessions vary according to the commission tier. Sketch commissions have 1 feedback session, Speed Paints have 2, Full renders have 3.
5. I send a low-res preview of the final artwork for approval.
6. Once approved, you receive a high-res version of your commission :)

Cancellations & Refunds

I want to make sure you are comfortable with the commission process. Should you need to cancel for whatever reason during development, a percentage of your project's price will be refunded, according to which stage we are currently in when cancellation is requested.

You won't be charged until I am ready to begin work. If either party needs to cancel before work begins, no problem.

If you need to cancel after work has begun, but before final assets are submitted, You will will be charged a 50% cancellation fee by default.

<aside> 🎨 When final assets have been submitted

</aside>

If you need to cancel after I have submitted the final assets of your artwork (before you have approved), you will be charged a 75% cancellation fee by default. After the project's final assets have been approved by you, refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances.

About the finished Artwork

Your commission is priced for personal use. That means you are free to share however you like, provided you give proper credit to the artist.

If you plan on requesting art for commercial purposes (Eg: using it as an asset in a commercial game, reselling it as printed merch), it is necessary you specify this in the request form, as the scope and intent of your end product will need to be assessed and renegotiated accordingly.
